LIAN HE ZAO BAO 《乐活》LOHAS 09

I like to emphasize that one need not adopt a bodybuilder's strict diet to lose those inches off your body. Neither do we need the intelligence of a rocket scientist to derive at the winning formula. What we need though is a conscious mind making conscious effort to maintain a regular exercise regime and watching out what you feed your body.

There's no such thing as magic food that will help you shed those kilos. But before you feel disappointed, there are some foods that indeed are considered healthier than others in terms of their fat, sodium and sugar content and these should be in your diet. By incorporating Oatmeal, Yoghurt and Nuts (remember nothing to extremes, everything in moderation) into my diet, I have again managed to bring my cholesterol, glucose level and Body Mass Index (BMI) from a healthy level to an even more healthier range. That was enough to impress the judges to crown me the Champion for LIAN HE ZAO BAO 《乐活》LOHAS 09 ," Most Significant Improvement Challenge" for the 2nd consecutive year.
